About the owner

My connection to St. Louis began with a childhood act of kindness.

Born with cerebral palsy, I underwent surgery as a child and spent an extended period in the hospital. During that stay, José Oquendo—who played shortstop for the New York Mets before becoming a longtime St. Louis Cardinal—came to visit me.

José later visited my grammar school and played Wiffle ball with me and my classmates. I followed his career from New York to St. Louis, and that childhood memory created a lasting connection to this city.

Years later, choosing St. Louis as a place to invest, build, and help strengthen neighborhoods felt like coming full circle. That personal connection is part of the reason Access Homes approaches every property and every owner with respect.

Common questions

What sellers usually ask.

Do I need to make repairs first?

No. We can review the property in its current condition, including homes that need significant work.

Am I required to accept an offer?

No. Discussing the property or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell.

Which areas do you serve?

We focus on St. Louis City and surrounding communities in St. Louis County. Call us to discuss a property outside that area.

How quickly can a sale close?

Timing depends on the property, title work, and the terms agreed by both sides. We’ll discuss a realistic schedule before you decide.
